Documents which are being presented in a country which is not party to the Hague Convention relating to apostille's will often request further legalisation. This usually involves having an Apostille attached to the document and then carrying out further legalisation through the embassy of that country.

the Clerk and Deputy Clerk(s) of the Supreme and Circuit Court(s);
the Registrars and Deputy Registrars of Corporations; and
the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners of Maritime Affairs or Special Agents thereof.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs assists the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the discharge of his duties; and in the event of the absence, death, resignation, or removal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs; performs the duties of the Minister of Foreign Affairs as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs until a successor is appointed or the assumption of duties of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
